BABIES
Your baby’s introduction to solids can be an exciting time, but it can also be daunting.
Between 6-12 months of age, there’s a window of opportunity to build and strengthen the digestive, immune and microbiome systems of your baby. It's also the time when you can offer a variety of foods with different textures to reduce the likelihood of fussy eating and encourage a healthy relationship with food! I can help you:

Attending these sessions with Gen was so helpful as I prepared to introduce solids to my second baby.
