PREGNANCY

I’ll create a personalised strength and movement plan to help reduce the likelihood of pain or discomfort during your pregnancy.

  • Learn how to train safely and effectively for each trimester.

  • Improve the connection between your core and pelvic floor.

  • Reduce the likelihood of gestational diabetes, urinary incontinence, preeclampsia, pre-term birth and c-section delivery.


MOTHERHOOD & POSTPARTUM

Whether you’re looking for ways to cope with motherhood better, prioritise your physical or mental health, or looking for support with fat or weight loss management - I can help.

Initially, we focus on corrective core and pelvic floor exercises to rebuild connection which is commonly lost after pregnancy and birth. Glute activation and strength is another big focus, plus a full body function strength session designed with motherhood tasks in mind.
