Pregnancy Wellness: Nutrition & Movement
This package is all-encompassing, covering nutrition, movement nervous system support and lowering your toxic load. You’ll receive a personalised plan outlining the micro and macro-nutrients to consume for you and your baby's optimal health, as well as a personalised strength and movement plan to prepare you for birth and motherhood.
This 8-week program includes:
3 x 45 min 1:1 holistic nutrition consultations in line with your current trimester
Unlimited group training per week or 1 x private movement session per week
Price: $98.15 per week for 8 weeks.
Nutrition:
As you move through each trimester of pregnancy, your nutritional requirements change for you and your growing baby. This package is tailored to your current trimester and designed to help you feel educated, informed and empowered, by learning:
How to manage sickness, low energy, cravings, aversions and other pregnancy conditions
Simple tweaks + quick and easy foods to have on hand to nurture and nourish yourself throughout your pregnancy
The essential nutrients for each trimester
Recipes to follow which include the most nutrient-dense foods to consume during pregnancy…they may not be what you think!
How to manage and support your nervous system
Ways to lower your toxic load by looking at your personal beauty, hygiene and home products
How to prepare for the 4th trimester, labour, postpartum recovery and be set up for breastfeeding success if that’s what you choose to do.
Functional Movement & Strength:
I’ll create a personalised movement and strength plan to support your body through each trimester. This will help to minimise aches and pains in late pregnancy and prepare you for birth and a great recovery postpartum. Each session is designed carefully, starting with mobilising and lengthening any tight muscles. The package includes:
An initial 1:1 session, where I’ll assess your movement patterns and discuss your goals
Corrective core and pelvic floor activation exercises
Strength-focused exercises to strengthen, reduce pain and improve overall movement for pregnancy and mum life.
The option to train in person or online, either privately in 1:1 sessions or in Group Training Sessions
An additional program which can be completed at home or in the gym outside of our sessions, if required
Access to my private WhatsApp group to connect with other women at a similar stage on the motherhood journey.
