Nutrition

Sleep deprivation, stress and overwhelm can have a huge impact on our nervous system, and our nutritional requirements increase in the postpartum period to support the high demands of motherhood. In your nutrition consultations, you’ll learn:

  • Easy ways to nourish yourself throughout the day - whether that be quick, one-handed snacks, or nutrient-dense meals suitable for you and the whole family

  • How to prioritise essential macro and micro-nutrients to enhance your well-being, ensuring you feel your best and avoid nutrient deficiencies

  • Quick nervous system resets and hacks tailored to support you to feel better, and gain energy, focus, and confidence

  • Effective strategies to lower your toxicity and reduce your stress load

  • If required, I can also provide in-depth breastfeeding support including natural ways to increase supply, how to manage oversupply, what to do if your baby stops feeding, and the impact of maternal diet on breastmilk.

Exercise and Movement:

Regain connection with your core and pelvic floor, and build muscle mass and bone density for a strong, pain-free body with my specialised postpartum exercise programs.

Choose between private 1:1 sessions or group sessions, available via live-stream or in-person at Surrey Hills or Yarraville, Melbourne.

In your initial session, I'll assess posture, diastasis recti (ab separation), and overall core and pelvic floor connection. Using this assessment, I'll create a personalised program tailored to your strengths, weaknesses and goals. .

Each session is designed to mobilise and lengthen any tight muscles, then correctly activate the core, pelvic floor and glutes which are the foundation of a strong body. The core of the workout is resistance training for strength and muscle tone, pain reduction and improved overall movement, catering to the demands of mum life.

These sessions will safely support your body as you recover from birth or help you reach new levels of strength.
