Unlimited access to my live stream pregnancy and postpartum safe strength and movement training: Tuesday 6:15 am, Wednesday 1:15 pm, Thursday 9:45 am, Saturday 7:45 am. All sessions start with mobilising tight preggie mumma muscles, followed by corrective pelvic floor, core, and glute activations, before moving into a strengthening, toning, and energising workout with body weight bands and dumbbells.
