Holistic Pregnancy, Postpartum or any stage of Motherhood - Movement Package
My pre or postnatal exercise programs focus on either helping you strengthen your body as you move through each trimester or supporting a strong, healthy and pain-free body postpartum. Training to suit every stage of motherhood - Perimenopause and Menopause inclusive.
Programs run in line with the school term - within this, there are 4-week training blocks to see progress. Option for group training or 1:1 private movement sessions:
Private 1:1 training: Once per week + personalised training programs for you to follow in your own time - $95 per session
Group training:
Once per week - $30
2 sessions per week - $25 per session
3 sessions per week - $21.65 per session
Session times: Tuesday 6:15 am, Wednesday 1:15 pm Thursday and 9:45 am Saturday 7:45 am
Choose between private 1:1 sessions or group sessions, available via live-stream or in-person in Inverloch.
In your initial session, I'll assess posture, diastasis recti (ab separation), and overall core and pelvic floor connection. Using this assessment, I'll create a personalised program tailored to your strengths, weaknesses and goals.
Each session is designed carefully to mobilise and lengthen any tight muscles, then correctly activate the core, pelvic floor and glutes which are the foundations of a strong body. The main component of the workout is resistance training to see strength and muscle tone, reduce pain and improve overall movement, catering to the demands of mum life.
These sessions will safely support your body as you recover from birth or help you reach new levels of strength.
