Amidst the pure joy of welcoming a baby, busy mothers often struggle to prioritise their well-being. As a holistic nutrition consultant, pre and postpartum personal trainer, and a mother of two, I've dedicated the last five years to empowering women for pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and the sometimes daunting task of starting their babies on solids.
